  • FSC-certified solid wood (no veneer unless stated)
  • Strong, stable construction designed for long-term use
  • Natural grain, knots, and colour variation are part of solid wood’s character

Oak & Walnut options

Choose oak for a lighter, airy look or walnut for a richer, deeper tone — both selected for strength and beautiful natural grain.

Extendable options (where available)

Extension leaves are designed for easy use and a clean look. Most store separately; select models store extensions internally.

  • Can I customise the size or dimensions of my order?
Yes. Custom sizing is available for many models—email us at contact@woodlandea.com.

  • Are your products made of solid wood?
Yes—our furniture is made from solid wood and metal (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

  • How do extensions work? Do they need tools?
Most extension leaves are stored separately when not in use (some models store extensions internally). No tools are required—they’re designed for easy adding/removal.

  • Can the furniture be taken apart to fit through stairs/doorways?
Yes—your furniture is delivered flat-packed to make delivery and access easier.

  • Will the table stain? How do I prevent staining?
The OSMO Polyx Oil finish helps protect against common stains. Prompt wipe-ups + coasters/placemats = best protection.

Finish & protection

Your furniture is finished with OSMO Polyx Oil (natural hardwax oil). It provides a durable, water-resistant surface and everyday stain protection.

Everyday cleaning

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For regular cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and, if needed, a neutral soap. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners.

Heat, moisture & stains

Use coasters and placemats—especially for hot dishes and drinks. Spills (wine, coffee, oil) should be wiped up promptly. Avoid strong chemicals, acids, paints, and similar products that can damage the finish.

Long-term care

Over time, high humidity and strong heat sources can affect solid wood. Keep furniture in normal indoor conditions and away from prolonged moisture. If the surface ever looks dry after years of use, contact us and we’ll advise on a simple refresh.

Recommended products

For best results, use OSMO maintenance products (or equivalent neutral products suitable for hardwax-oil finishes). If you’re unsure what to use—email us and we’ll recommend the right option.
