SHIPPING POLICY

Neither WOODLANDEA nor our delivery partners can store your order for delivery at a later date. Please ensure you are ready to receive your order within the specified timeframes we have provided.

1. Scheduled Delivery: The company arranges deliveries on a recurring basis every 2-3 weeks. The customer will be informed of the delivery time slot at least 2.5 days ahead via email or phone.

2. Rescheduling Fee: If the customer is unavailable to accept delivery, they may incur a £169 fee for rescheduling to cover logistics and assembly adjustments.

3. Customer Responsibility: The customer must ensure they are available for the scheduled delivery. Failing to inform the company in advance may lead to additional charges.

4. No Waiver: The rescheduling fee is still applicable even if the company provides free delivery and assembly within the original time slot. Additional deliveries outside the initial schedule are at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Rates

If your order contains both small items and furniture, they will be delivered together at the best possible rate. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with delivery details for the combined shipment.

For the UK, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Netherlands, and Belgium:

Free delivery is provided. Orders to regions without road access or islands will be canceled and refunded. Assembly is included for the UK, but not for other countries. No collection of cardboard or MDF packaging is included.

We usually deliver biweekly on Friday or Saturday and will reach out to you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time once your order is ready for dispatch.

We will endeavour to deliver to your room of choice (subject to access requirements), and do the maintenance for you which is included in the rate.

It is crucial to note that neither we nor our delivery partners are responsible for the disposal of the packaging. Consequently, all packaging materials will be left at the client's location, and the responsibility for their disposal rests solely with the client.

1. The cost of delivery of the Goods depends on the country in which the Buyer is located, and the Store delivers to some countries for free, and the list of such countries is indicated in the corresponding section of the Site.

2. The Store delivers the Goods once or twice a month to the address specified by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not have the opportunity to receive the Goods in time, the Goods ordered by the Buyer will be stored in the Store's warehouse until the next delivery.

3. The Store can send the goods to the buyer using a special delivery service. In this case, the delivery of the Goods is carried out in accordance with the rules and conditions of such delivery service, and the delivery terms are specified by such service. In case of delivery of the Goods by a special service, such service is responsible for the preservation of the Goods during its delivery.

4. The goods are considered transferred from the Store to the Buyer from the moment of receipt by the Buyer.

5. The Store informs the Buyer in advance about the conditions and terms of delivery by e-mail.
